• مصطلح قانوني يعني تسليم منقول من طرف (المودِع) إلى طرف آخر (المودَع لديه) على سبيل الأمانة، وغالبًا لغرض معين، ثم يُرد المال أو يُتصرف به وفقًا لتعليمات المودِع.
