• ظرف له معنيان رئيسان: 1) بمعنى «بشكل غريب أو غير مألوف»، و2) يُستعمل كشبه جملة أو كلمة استهلالية تفيد «من الغريب أو المثير للدهشة أنّ». فهو يعبّر إما عن طريقة الحدوث وإما عن موقف المتكلم من الكلام.
