lien

• اسم يشير إلى حق قانوني في حبس مال المدين أو الامتناع عن تسليمه حتى الوفاء بالدين، ويُستعمل في الفقه الإسلامي بمعنى الحق في الحبس؛ وفي الطب القديم كان يُطلق على الطحال، وهو عضو ينتج خلايا المناعة.
